Situated at the Afsluitdijk, nearby Kornwerderzand, stands an extraordinary building rising from the Dijk like foam in the sea: The Afsluitdijk Wadden Center. This Center offers a complete experience about UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea. But also about the IJsselmeer, The Afsluitdijk itself and the Fish Migration River, which is under construction and unique in the world. The Afsluitdijk Wadden Center offers you a clear and vivid insight in to this area and the different hydraulic engineering and other innovatie projects that will be realised in this area in the upcoming years in collaboration with our partners. All of this is braught to you in an interactive way.

Admission to the exhibition is free for children under 4, € 3.00 for children aged 4 to 12 and € 5.00 for visitors aged 12 and over.
